Semi-Annual Inspections

Cunningham Associates provides two maintenance agreement options which include semi-annual inspections of your heating and air conditioning equipment for a period of one year. The inspections will be scheduled for the cooling and heating seasons to provide maximum operating efficiency. Whether you have one system or multiple systems, the Cunningham Maintenance Agreement offers exceptional value. With our maintenance agreement, you will receive:

Semi-Annual Inspections

A Cunningham Associates technician will provide a service report at the conclusion of each inspection. The report will indicate all work performed, the condition of the equipment, and what repairs are needed, if applicable.
