Cunningham is the way to go
After struggling to find someone who could work on our ductless mini split, I found Cunningham and Associates. They were easy to reach, answered immediately even on a holiday weekend, professional, friendly, and accommodating. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We tried Reliable, Estes, and Zone. Don’t even waste your time with them, customer service was horrible. Cunningham is the way to go and even provided us with a cost-effective maintenance service to prevent any further issues.

Victor came on time and thoroughly examined the problem (a mini-split that had been leaking condensate). He was very professional and courteous and did everything he could to fix it, but since the relative humidity dropped to 25% while he was here, the unit stopped producing any condensation and we will have to wait for normal humidity to return to see if it worked.
