Pieter was great. This company was very efficient. I called them on Friday, inquiring about a water source heat pump HVAC system, and on Saturday he came over and went over everything with me. Pieter was very knowledgeable and explained that water source heat pump systems are being phased out. He offered an alternative and explained what was going to happen. He took his time to go over the financing options and was able to offer some discounts. By Monday technicians were here to install it and explained how to use it. I'm very satisfied, especially after going through some complications with another company over a span of 2 months.
