Bob Cunningham

Bob Cunningham, founder and president, got his start in the heating and air conditioning industry in 1977 following his graduation with honors from Marquette University. He founded Cunningham Associates in 2003 and has grown the business into one of the most respected companies in the field. The firm consistently earns praise from its clients and has garnered some of the industry’s top honors.

Bob is very involved in the community outside of work. He recently completed a second term of 9 years as a member of the Board of Trustees at Trinity School. Bob served for 11 years during a previous term. Bob also served as a Trustee for the Shepherd Center Foundation, and previously served The Shepherd Center on its Advisory Board. He has focused on supporting the general mission of The Shepherd Center, and specifically on the SHARE Military Initiative Program that serves veterans and active duty military with traumatic brain injuries. In conjunction with the Brookhaven Rotary, Bob has spearheaded the Service Above Self Invitational, a golf tournament which has resulted in gifts of over $1,000,000 to the Shepherd Center.

Bob has been a member of the Rotary Club of Brookhaven since 1989. He has served as both a director and officer in the club, including president. For more information on the club and the projects it supports, please visit

Bob is married to his wife Beth, and they have two adult children.

A former president of the Metropolitan Atlanta Air Conditioning Contractors Association (MAACA), Bob continues to further his industry knowledge through professional seminars and conferences.

Bob is a licensed HVAC and low voltage wiring contractor in the state of Georgia.
