Cunningham Associates is a rapidly growing, extremely high-quality, full-service heating and air conditioning contractor that serves both residential and light-commercial customers. Bob Cunningham, founder and president, started in the heating and air conditioning business in 1977. He explains, “We are small enough to have front-line owner commitment and involvement. I get to know my customers personally. They know me by name, and I know them by name.” Cunningham spends much of his time personally talking with and serving new and existing clients.
